01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and KakiScanner ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your accessing, registering for, or using any part of the KakiScanner platform.

03 Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to own one (1) active account at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining funds.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

• There is evidence or indication of fraud, money laundering, or financial misconduct.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• KYC requirements could not be fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud or breach of terms, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process. Funds will not be refunded if the account closure resulted from fraud or a serious breach of these terms.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the kakiscanner support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

09 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

KakiScanner's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
